"I just wanted to send a note along to put in a good word for your crew at CCM.
I was on a road trip from San Francisco to Mexico on my Ducati ST4s and my battery gave out on me just outside of SLO. I found my way to your shop and your crew got on the computer and found me a battery in stock in no time. It's a new bike for me and I learned pretty quickly in your parking lot that the Italians don't make it easy to get to the battery. Mike and the guys were very cool about lending me some tools to get all of my ferrings off. I was blown away how much I had to pull apart to get to the battery (see pics). And when I started losing daylight the guys took turns helping me piece the bike back together.
Anyway, I made it to Mexico and back in one piece but it helps to have friendly people along the way when you need a hand.
Your crew is a bunch of stand up guys and wouldn't even accept a tip to buy some beers on me. Even the guy with the busted hand was helping me out and stopped to fix the chain on some little girl's bike in the parking lot while I was out there.
Just wanted to put in a good word. Good luck with the shop and please say hello to the fellas.
